I reserve the right to reject any commissions I'm uncomfortable with, whether it be the content or the person requesting it.

I also reserve the right to cancel commissions from anyone who fails to respect me as an artist/person. Do not insult me, make unfair demands, or be generally unkind - this will result in you being blacklisted.

Due to my executive dysfunction and ever-changing plans, commissions may take anywhere from 1 day to a few months, so please be patient! You may ask for updates, but don't be demanding.

Rush/priority orders will incur a $20 fee, and the deadline can be no sooner than a week after requesting. I will reject your proposal if I feel I am not currently in a position to fulfill it.

Files will be delivered through VGen, Discord, or email depending on the request site and client preference.

Payment must be done in full before I start, and I will only request the payment when I am ready to begin, so you are free to cancel before then. In the meantime, I will add your request to my VGen waitlist or Trello board to show that I've acknowledged it.

If you change your mind during the sketching phase, you will be refunded 25/50% of the price depending on my progress. After the sketch phase, no refunds are allowed.

I can send you updates through Twitter, Discord, Instagram or VGen depending on your preference.

I will always send sketches to you for your approval, and then the coloring before sending the final piece.

You can ask for revisions, but please be mindful of how often you do so, and how big the changes are; minor revisions are free (especially if it's a detail I accidentally omitted), but major revisions (such as full changes to the pose/expression) after the sketch had been approved will incur a $5-15 fee depending on the style.

Once we've agreed to mark the commission as complete, no further revisions can be made, so please be 100% sure before finalizing. Exceptions may apply.

I understand / relate to being forgetful, but just as it is my responsibility to provide updates, it’s your responsibility to check for these updates. If I show the finished art and you don’t give your final approval / revisions within 48 hours, I will send the commission as it is and make no further revisions.

These commissions are for personal use only. You are free to apply filters, post them on your socials, use them as profile pictures/headers, and use them in video edits (with credit). You may also turn them into personal accessories like pins, stickers and keychains.

Stealing credit, reselling the commissions and/or using them for AI training/cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

I still hold the rights to my art, and will freely post them on my socials/portfolio and use them for promotional reasons unless requested otherwise.
